Karen
was a bartender at My Other Place previously
but then left to pursue her studies in the UK. She then returned
to Taipei to work for a model agency and a TV company for
a year but she missed everybody in My Other Place,
so she decided to come back as an assistant manager.
Always a nice smile and loves to talk to people and take care
of them.

Jessica is a teacher
by day and a barmaid at night. She enjoys talking to customers
as it can help improve her English. She didn’t mention
any romantic interest in her life, but you have to be quick
as she hopes to study in Canada one day. When not with kids
(little or big ones), she likes in-line skating, jazz, movies
and travel.

Sally has been
working full-time at My Other Place since
October 2002 and she likes working in a pub because it’s
funny and busy. She studied Food and Beverage at college and
is now using her working time to study pub English. |

Kerry used to
work part time at My Other Place as well
as an aquarium. She likes to swim and surf and if she has
the chance, she wants to be a licensed lifeguard. Now she
is full time at My Other Place and meets
lots of friends who have the same interests. If you need any
information about these sports, you will find this well tanned
young lady very knowledgeable. |

Peggy has lived
in Taipei a short while and she loves it. She says its fun
working at My Other Place because the customers
are like friends. She also gets to see the drunk side of them.
When she gets drunk, watch out. She's a fast talker and gets
louder and louder. She likes to party. |

Paul has worked
in many restaurants before and enjoys the work as he loves
talking to customers. He studied computing and worked in a
computer company for a while, but talking to a computer is
just not the same and so he swapped the virtual world for
the bar world. |
