Sophi
is the Manager of Saints & Sinners.
She brings a wealth of experience having worked extensively
in Taipei's nightlife and entertainment business. Says she's
an outgoing, night person and an office job would kill her.
She's traveled all over Asia and Europe and is hoping to
return to her favorite place- Barcelona soon. As well as
impeccable English, she also speaks Spanish, Japanese and
a bit of French. A serious Coffee lover, she can put down
3 lattes a day. |

Avon
is the Asst. Manager of Saints & Sinners,
although to her staff she is known as the queen; the queen
of shopping, sleeping and eating, so it’s quite easy
to guess what her main hobbies are. |

Darlene
has been in Taipei for nearly five years. She came here
to study Food and Beverage Management. She’s worked
at Saints & Sinners since the beginning
of 2003 and used to work in a restaurant before. She likes
people to guess how old she is as almost everyone gets it
wrong. |

Sam
lis the Floor Supervisor at Saints & Sinners.
He enjoys working here because 'it's laid back and cool,
plus the boss is good to everyone'. He likes all kinds of
sports and is very modest too. Says he is only the most
strong, tall and handsome guy at Saints & Sinners. |

Irene
- Before working at Saints & Sinners,
Irene was a photographer at a big wedding shop. When she's
not working, she likes to watch movies and go out clubbing.
Her philosophy " Be happy. Do your own thing." |

Rachel
is new at Saints & Sinners but not
new to the nightlife. She loves the bar scene because she
gets to meet lots of interesting people and it beats the
heck out of her old office job. She's also very hip on new
music. Her favorite band- 'Blue'. |

Evelyn
likes meeting friends, having fun and baking, so her ideal
night has to be a birthday party when she can get to do
all three at once. She has been working at Saints
& Sinners since mid 2001 and what she likes
about the job is that she gets to talk to customers. |
